As a homeowner on Lake Hartwell, that also uses our home as a short term rental, it would so nice to offer such an experience for our guests. We have people coming from all over the country to vacation, tour or visit students at Clemson and just to come to Upstate SC.

This is an asset that is needed! It’s time the area kept up with the need and Lakeside Lodge and Traditions are trying to do this.
The Corps shouldn’t stand in the way.

What a wonderful idea. It would be wonderful to take a boat to dinner and enjoy sunsets and lake life. Corp of Engineers please reevaluate you decision for the residents of Clemson.

I am an owner in lakeside lodge but also an owner of another property on lake Hartwell. I support the use of the structure as a dock.
Prime property with huge investment needs a dock.
