Why is this being denied? Looks like a good place for it. WHY IS THE BOAT LANDING BY THE y BEACH NOT KEPT UP BETTER, AND WITH A DOCK FOR PEOPLE USING THE BOAT LANDING?

As a solution paid for by private business, I think this is the ideal plan and would greatly benefit the businesses that are facing economic challenges due to COVID-19.
