Mr. Peterson is more than a English high school teacher. He gave so much of his time and heart to everything he did. When I look back to my years at Arcadia, Mr. Peterson was the best adult influence I had. Please support Mr. P. Remember this fellow classmates...POSSE UP!!

My FAVORITE teacher from high school! He is amazing and cares more about his students than probably any other high school teacher does. Such a sweet man..he doesn't deserve this.

As a mom with my second child starting at Arcadia - 11 years ago, I requested Mr. Peterson for my son because of the great reputation he had and the positive things I heard about him from my daughter's friends. My daughter was in the "A" class and had a very unhappy year with the English "A" female teacher. My son thrived in Mr. Peterson's freshman class - really set him up for a positive interest in literature and to do well in the next years of English A at Arcadia. Can't believe the district would think of terminating him. what a loss that would be

Mr. P is a fantastic educator. His insistence that students are capable of understanding much more than many adults suspect encouraged active participation, creativity, and curiosity. I don't think I am alone in saying that he helped me fall in love with literature. I was always proud of Arcadia for allowing teachers like him to inspire their students. #PosseUp
