The best drinks venue in Edinburgh by a distance putting good use to otherwise unused land. Attracting visitors just out of Waverley station and shows princes street to be more vibrant than bloody "Scotland" shops and Primark!

Absolute joke that permission to reopen is being denied! Best place to drink and dance in Edinburgh and not be bothered by idiots! Can enjoy a good night, with good people all round! And the music, please, it’s the best!

Don't understand why other venues next door are allowed but this one isn't. This will just lead to overcrowding and wasted space.

Superbly run venue which transforms ano otherwise dead space into a welcoming, friendly location with a vibrant atmosphere. Great staff, great mix of locals and international visitors. It's a loss to the city centre not to it grant planning permission.
