I hope this decision can be reversed because Ballyhoura are a great body and have done a lot of work in Ballylanders.

Ballyhoura staff were always available to meet with Community groups, day or evening. Will the next developments support group be available at suitable times for the communities or will communities have to adjust to suite 9 to 5 beaurocracy?? Ballyhoura Development is an excellent template to copy and develop. We dont want anymore Political Rehabs!!!

Ballyhoura Development have been very supportive of Bruff as well as the whole Ballyhoura area for many years through grants, training, advice and mentoring etc. Government proposals on the administration of Leader funding are disastrous and threaten the future of Ballyhoura Development which in turn will affect the whole area. County councils are not trained to administer Leader funding.
