WLD is an absoloute necessity for the county of Wexford's future development in business growth, it would not work as well if it was just another county council service. WLD development have been a fantastic help with the growth of our business and why not keep it......they are accessible, reliable, and don't fob you off like the county councillors.

Phil Hogan is trying to destroy rural communities piece by piece. the parnership companies know best how to revitalise and sustain communities but they need the support of the other agencies out there like the local councils, the hse, the vec, fas, social welfare etc. i fully support this petition.

Thanks to SWMD I have been able to get my company BigArtMedia off the ground, and as a result have been in employment since 2010. More importantly I have SWMD have enabled me to work in my specialized area of art, design & digital media and offer training to the people of Mayo and beyond from age 10 yrs and up. The West needs Local Development Companies desperately!!!!!!!!
