Do not sign!! What they are failing to tell you is how this violates FEMA laws, will have a sit down restaurant, pay to play splash pad, private cabanas - at a public park! Parking is already an issue during peak season and will be worse afterwards. They can also stay open after dark, causing issues for wildlife (sea turtles) and residents. Liquor will be sold all day and after dark. Children will have to walk past the proposed bar to reach the restrooms.

Why would locals do anything to "hurt" their home? These plans are great and would boost the tourism on Lido Beach - great for small businesses. Lido has to compete with Siesta Key. Lets make this happen.

I have been staying at Lido Beach for several years. I use the Paviion and the pool most days. I fully support the improvements, and I believe it is long overdue. If people read the facts and the developer’s plans, they will see how this can improve the area.
