We need this so our growth is organized to suit the area as well as not overwhelming our services.

We live in Richland Co. off Indian Fork but suffer the consequences of the enormous overbuilding . The county line is right at out neighborhood and the traffic is horrible going to Chapin and Irmo. Get out penny tax money back and put it to use as it was Intended! Build the Infrastructure to support the growth!

Our once quaint hamlet is rapidly being ruined by over development.

We don’t have the road system. Emergency services. Proper sewer system. Schools are overcrowded. No retail shops. We understand growth but stacking these track house is ludicrous.

We need to have better plans for new development and roads need widening first!!

Deal with traffic and infrastructure first. Not simply extra tax revenue.

Our once beautiful Chapin area has and is becoming a nightmare of congestion and ugly development that has not been thought out responsibly nor resonably. I know there are better and more careful ways to do this. Our roads are so full you cannot drive withou fear of bein hit. Our schools are overcrowded. We look like a big city and we all, I think, our small town back!

The current infrastructure can't take this continued growth. It's turning into a place that is no longer nice to live.

This impacts so many ways of life for us all in our county. I am well aware we can’t stop people moving here, but let’s be proactive and make lots larger to build on and roads and infrastructure that will bear the loads

Purchased our home not quite two years ago because we loved the quiet neighborhood. Since then there have been three subdivisions put up with another in the works!

We are living in fear out here in these peninsulas. These tight subdivisions on one way roads prevent emergency services from us.

We must protect our community and keep it from becoming like the overcrowded towns nearby.
