There are 7 new subdivisions within 3 miles of our house. There needs to be MORE pre-planning for our area as our roads are one way in and one way out. Most of the homes have 3+ cars to each new home. New building permits should be controlled on an annual basis.

I support the moratorium regarding construction of proposed home building in Chapin.

Chapin traffic is already very heavy. Some of this construction needs to be stopped.

We support the moratorium on building of new developments as our infrastructure is not capable of handling the traffic.

Our roads have in the Chapin area cannot handle any more vehicles. Infrastructure has to be improved first.

Overgrowth is not growth... We cannot accommodate all the fast pace/ lower cost housing with the current limited infrastructure and "over development per acreage". This is not progress or good land/development management.

Stop building, .....fix roads, get schools aligned to accommodate student numbers, control traffic issues and make sure emergency care is accessible.

We must stop building so many homes per acre with no infrastructure to support it!

The schools and roads can’t keep up with the building.

We don’t need anymore building until the roads are upgraded to support what we have now.

The growth in the Chapin area is overwhelming considering almost nothing has been done with the roads to accommodate growth.

The infrastructure is not in place to support the growth that is occurring. There are to many homes per acre, the land is stripped of ALL trees which is absolutely a shame, and to top it all of with interstate work going on and no new on/off ramps being added is just another example of irresponsible growth. Please reevaluate what is going on !!!!!!

Slow down all development until development policies and infrastructure has caught up,
