Good luck. I am a business owner and full time year round resident of OCNJ for over 25 years. Wonderland has severely deteriorated over the years. The hotel will be a nice improvement.

We've enjoyed vacations at clean, modern, well-maintained Icona properties in Wildwood and Avalon. Part of the experience is to explore points of interest, restaurants and other attractions nearby...
Hopefully Ocean City will welcome this new facility.

This would be a great addition to OCNJ- my family and I love OC but it lacks having a well run, clean and modern hotel like Icona brings to other areas of the shore like Cape May. We prefer not to rent houses and much rather prefer to stay at a higher end resort when on vacation.

Mr. Mita builds first class beautiful hotels and shops that fit the landscape. The designs for Ocean City tell me that that will continue. It is not financially viable to build another amusement park which is why no one has stepped up. I fully support this.

I Think this beautiful hotel would be a big boost for the city and surrounding area. OC has no problem tearing down quaint older homes and building huge "look alike" multi-family dwellings, so I do not see why they wouldn't be in favor of an attractive hotel which would bring more tourist to the area.
