I love ICONA! Friends and family have all had great stays at their properties in other beach towns. I know that they will preserve all that is good about OC in their designs, the way they treat guests, and they way they interact with the city. I have personally worked with their leadership on business and personal projects, and their character and integrity always lead the way and shine through. Please make this happen!

Let’s make our town even better by controlling the change that comes with progress - a smaller boutique hotel will add beauty and an upscale demographic to our boardwalk!

I believe that the city needs the hotel rooms. If this wasn't on the boardwalk, we wouldn't need this petition. This will help to freshen up the boardwalk. The unfounded comments made by many folks are quite often misinformed. Wonderland was a great place but it is not coming back and is unsustainable.

Maybe it will stop the price gouging that the homes in the area charge. Its cheaper to stay in Disney World than OC
