My wife and I have owned property in Ocean City since 1987. It was a family resort then, it is still family oriented and "Icona in Wonderland " will not change this aspect of OC. The development will enhance the city while maintaining the historic aspects.

We retired here last year,sold our primary home in Pa. Became NJ residents( All our life were in Pa.)Love Ocean City and I think the Hotel will be a much needed addition not only to the vacationers but to the residents,as addition rooms to stay,restaurants,meeting/banquet facilities.

Build Icona Ocean City we need new places for vacationers to stay for a few days to a week year round with restaurants, shops and a nice banquet place for weddings, corporate meetings, family reunions.
