This is a project that will add excitement and foot traffic to the northern section of the OCNJ Boardwalk which has gotten worse over the past six years. OCNJ needs world class accommodations to stay as a vacation destination and this project will provide this.

I unconditionally support this ICONA initiative. It will be a significant addition to our fine City.

I believe that there is not anything you can build on this property that will bring in the revenue that this hotel will bring in ! It I a joke what the city is proposing to put there! I was against in the beginning but now I relize that there is nothing else to put there that will generate the revenue and tax dollars that the hotel will build !

I believe the significant investment will upgrade the boardwalk area with a quality oriented organization that has a sound business model and a proven track record of what they can accomplish.

I’ve seen many hotels that the proposed builder has built and they are a gym for that city. I believe this is progress. I do not believe it will ruin our city but elevated to a higher level of excellence if that’s possible.
