I visited the Icona in Cape May and had a wonderful experience. Knowing that Icona was in Ocean City would definitely draw me to staying in Ocean City as it provided me with a vacation experience that I would love to repeat.

Icona Avalon was a game changer for familie s wanting to visit that area who don't need or want to rent a huge house but want a modern luxury hotel with a small town beach feel. An Icona in Ocean City would be a great addition and encourage new visitors to the area.

I highly reccomend that we allow the new hotel to be built. I love ocean city but we need newness! I’m a homeowner and I think it would only make this town better.
