Very much needed. OCNJ also needs more restaurants and from my understanding the hotel will have higher end dining establishments too.

I would not be a fan of the hotel if it did not have an event space - a wedding venue. I think it would help your bid to offer to hose prom to OCHS for free every year (venue free not food and entertainment) on like a Thursday night so it doesn’t interfere with wedding season.

SHOULD BUILD HOTEL IN OC A SIMILAR SIZE.... PROPOSED STRUCTURE TOO LARGE FOR SITE .
