We need a nice place for guests to stay. All we have now are condo’s, it would also bring a whole new clientele to Ocean City! They would support our restaurants, the boardwalk and our shops on Asbury Avenue.

Glad to see this is happening. ICONA is the best destination at the Jersey Shore. My grandparents have had a vacation home since the 1970’s and I’ve spent every summer enjoying what Ocean City has to offer. This will help Ocean City, New Jersey!
