Ocean city NEEDS a nice hotel, Port O Call is completely outdated and for an upscale vacation destination you need somewhere nice to stay! I’ve been coming to OC for almost 45 years and I think it’s a tasteful addition to the town.

Bring us a “Congress Hall” type resort, open year round with a beautiful courtyard facing the beach/boardwalk for everyone to enjoy.
