I have not seen an alternative plan to this one and I think the present use of the space is horrible. I would love another amusement park but I have not heard a proposal for that.

Im a resident and fully support you and your vision for this property. This will bring more people and money to OC and will only help OC. Your design looks exactly like the Flanders and you have bent over backwards to appease residents wasting money on unnecessary things.

Been a member of this community for over 65 years we desperately need to upgrade our boardwalk asap it has changed so much lately and need a fresh look this project will provide its own parking which we need desperately as well as a beautiful face
