Love to have a new high end hotel with dinning and entertainment. Long over due.

I’m a resident and I’m in total support of this initiative. It’s just what that end of the boardwalk needs to revitalize it and all of OC.

We love ICONA!! We’ve been coming to Wildwood Crest now for the last four years. I would love to have a beautiful option to stay in at Ocean City also, as it’s great for families also.

I trust Mr. Mita to improve the Wonderland property in a way that is beneficial to him and Ocean City.

Great plan! It's time to update the Boardwalk! However, I'd like the height limited to 5 stories so it doesn't tower over the city and let's keep it dry! It's time for OC to get it's head out of the sand and move forward! I hope the Flanders is next (can you say ugly box??)!!

He can build it, I don’t care. The property will never be another amusement park so who cares. And it’s really about the opinion of the greater Delaware Valley and beyond. Will they stay there and make it a viable business? I live here, I don’t need a hotel but it’s not about me.

Vote NO for this tragedy that requires multiple variances and will ruin the boardwalk.

A great idea that will certainly be better than a run down amusement park. I believe it will actually increase property values in the surrounding neighborhood.
