With BlackRock buying up so many single family houses, it is imperative that people have alternatives for live, work, and play. The only other solution is to break up the monopolies that are buying this country out from under regular joes. The people that have sold their homes to get their one time equity paycheck, don't have anywhere else to go. I support this development. The developer is well known for high quality developments in Gwinette.
