I strongly support local mixed-use developments for their positive impact on walkability, economic boost, and inclusive spaces.

Definitely more affordable housing is needed.

Would love to see this come to fruition. The developer has a strong reputation for developing first class live/work environments which have proven to elevate the submarket in which they serve.

As a nearby Hall County resident, we need more quality housing such as this. And right on 85 corridor is perfect location for density.

This will be a great investment in the community and its growth.
