This project is out of scale for the area. Don't let this nightmare become Columbia County's reality.

I feel the ruling should be appealed in view of the irregularities and conflicts of interest surrounding this controversial project. Zoning regulations should not be simply set aside.

The process on this project was flawed. I applaud an effort to appeal the ruling; to improve the process in Ghent; and to improve ethical practices in Columbia County.

Democracy demands that the people themselves have control over their own community. It is important for the future of the entire community to maintain a non industrial and the existing character of the entire county.

I live in Ghent. I thought the Zoning Board's decision could not be overturned. I'm saddened. by the injustice of one person, even a judge, to ride roughshod over town ordinances. Im in favor of appealing the decision.

I applauded the Ghent town board's decision to apply and uphold the town's ordinances and fire concerns to deny the special use permit. Please ask the County to help fund an appeal of Judge Koweek's decision. My tax dollars should not just be used to subsidize Ginsberg's but to uphold Town ordinances (and Comprehensive Plans!). The environmental review was inadequate, and Ghent was right to deny the permit in the end. Please appeal!

Even if judges decision is legally correct, changes are needed to require county administrators to be free of conflicts and more responsive to residents concerns.

Very one sided comments. The local community needs jobs that they can live on.

Not enough community participation was involved in the planning process and public disclosure thereby giving this project a very shaky foundation. Ghent Planning should appeal the ruling to uphold the Ghent Zoning code.
