Hope this helps, she shouldn't of been pressured to resign, everyone is entitled to support. Especially via their employeer

I'm very sad for this young man, he had such an outlet and safe zone and it was taken from him for a reason that can be easily fixed. Support each other, help and teach our children and make them feel important!!

Come on, this lady is doing great things does it really matter that she isn't the best at maths. Sounds like she's done a brill job over the last 6 years without a maths certificate.

Kindness and helpfulness are more use to this child than understanding maths!

I would be lost without my son's 1-1 teacher did they not think about the impact this will have on your child

How can the effect this lady had on an autistic child be less important than a score on a maths test?!
Completely ridiculous, reinstate her!!!

I belive everyone deserves a second chance to prove themselves and getting rid of someone becouse of a maths test is redicales at end of day she is helping young ppl with there confidence n bringing them out of there shell to be able to cumicate with others and not just helping the children but also helping the parents understand more to so give her her job back she deserves her job n stop being so petty

This lady needs support to help her pass her maths instead of been finished. The support this child and parents have had will have helped them a great deal. Rethink about what you are doing is it in the families best interest .

This is horrible and she should be helped and should be kept on, not let go cause off a test. What about all the other work she does for the children??? Is that not important!!!
