We don't need more housing, it is a site that is no good for industry, and we have James with a track record of doing great things in clitheroe. 100 + jobs and a new attractions for clitheroe ....no brainier.

of course RBVC have truned this down! reasons being that they see it as a threat to the facilities already owned by themselves such as ribblesdale pools! anything that threatens to take business away from there will always get a big fat NO. It's to much competition for the pool RBVC own.
