Support for the development of Holmes Mill Clitheroe

Clitheroe is a great town - but it needs to grow in this way or face a slow death. It's called progress.

We need this now

Great idea Ribble valley should be pleased we have james Warburton with his amazing vision and ideas

I think it will be brilliant for Clitheroe and can't wait for it to open.

I sometimes wonder how Clitheroe manages to survive especially with all the negativity around business in the area it's time to move into the 21st century. James has created some fantastic opportunities in the area for employment, tourism and generating financial gain to the area, let's hope we don't loose this fantastic project that can only be of benefit to Clitheroe.

Skipton would be rolling out the red carpet. Clitheroe is the ideal place for this.

This would look amazing once done and make so many jobs for people in Clitheroe.

This would be so good for Clitheroe and would bring in so much trade for the town. Can't believe it might be turned down by members of the council. Shameful if it is.

Amazing plans and development for Clitheroe. Just need the Councillors to vote how their constituents would like them to. Why would the planning dept refuse this ??? Does not make any sense ! Please counsellors listen to us and vote yes at the next meeting and back local people trying to invest in our area.

AS A VISITOR TO THE RIBBLE VALLEY FOR MANY YEARS ,THERE ARE FEW BUSINESS MEN LIKE JAMES , WHO TRULY CARE ABOUT THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA ....THIS IS MORE THAN CAN BE SAID ABOUT THE COUNCIL ...

If they keep building more houses we need these facilities!

Why object to a project that will bring jobs and extra tourists and income to the town this is a positive to clitheroe not a negative

Fantastic opportunity for Clitheroe and its surrounding areas.

Given the turnover of multiple housing developments in and around Clitheroe over the last few years - with more building now in progress - this kind of commercial development can only bring prosperity to the town. If we don't prop up the infrastructure with services like this, how will we cope with the extra demand of new residents? We need this kind of regeneration. I am amazed that the council can authorise the building of new homes without considering the extra support those estates will need.

Bad decision made for the wrong reasons, squashing a well thought out development.

Would be a great renovation and addition to my hometown.

We need more infrastructure not houses.
