Clitheroe needs to keep going forward, old buildings should be used or remoulded into something that can be of benefit to the town and the site owners.

This development is a wonderful opportunity to retain and re-invigorate a forgotten historic landmark that desperately needs extensive renovation. Plus it will create local jobs, and be a magnet for visitors and tourism. Clitheroe needs this boost to its economy, on-going regeneration and future viability.
