How RVBC can even contemplate not approving is beyond me! Think of all the job creation not to mention regeneration and preserving our heritage!!

I think this development should go forward because it will be beneficial for the area, creating more jobs and will create more revenue for the area. It will develop a derelict and dangerous building in to something for everyone to enjoy.

This is a great project , keeping the heritage of the Mill for generations to come in Clitheroe and giving a legacy of much needed jobs and visitors to the town . Cannot comprehend why the council would be against this .

This is a fabulous opportunity on so many levels. From generating jobs, increasing trade into Clitheroe itself whilst rescuing a, thought listed, forgotten building. Look at the standard of the rest of Mr Warburton's property's, this must go ahead for the overall good of Clitheroe and its future
