This would be great for clitheroe this town needs someone like James to bring this town to the year 2016 the council are against it cause they can't get money out of it

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and keep the heritage of this historical mill. New jobs will be created along with increased tourism to Clitheroe. Just what the town needs.

This is an ambitious and worthwhile project which deserves the support of the local and county Councils. If it does not have support then what becomes of the land, another piece of useless unusable brown field site in the middle of town. This venture has taken courage and vision, qualities sadly lacking in many.

Fantastic development idea. I hope RVBC see sense and approve it. Good luck :)
