Loved spending time at The Waddington Arms and Emporium. So I'm sure their new enterprise will be a worthy addition to Clitheroe.

This would be an amazing addition to Clitheroe. Clitheroe is an amazing cosmopolitan town and this would just add to that.

I can't think of a better use for the space. I'm sure the council's concerns about off-street parking can be remedied by simply altering the plans to include more off-street spaces, or by finding an arrangement with Sainsburys and Homebase.

This will be fantastic and a chance for people to get the chance to take space in one of the new jobs. I think this is just what clitheroe needs as we've hardly got anything here. Also think more things for children will be good as well if there is chance of anything like that to happening.

As a Clitheroe resident all my life I am very supportive of this development. It will turn what will soon become an eyesore if not developed in to a beautiful addition to the facilities in the town. It is a no brainer!

Any development that is going to create long term jobs for the town should be supported. Especially so now that there are going to be many hundreds of new households in the town that may require them, due to the excessive amount of house building locally.
