This project will succeed! With the potential market developments, Clitheroe becomes a dynamic cultural and retail success.

This is a massive development that will change the face of Clitheroe, increasing the size of Clitheroe Town Centre, vastly improving the environment around Whalley Road, adding a new cultural influence, and creating many new jobs. A welcome initiative for sure!

RBVC are so short sighted and un commercial for the Ribble Valley. A modern and forward council should be created. Absolute joke that we should be petitioning against a positive growth for the town, when recent decisions have been passed for housing on flood plains when local infrastructure for the build project cannot support it. RBVC are unrealistic, clouded and the team should be reassessed on their capabilities. Especially the listed building team. Unbelievably short sighted across the valley...not passing this. However they are granting planning permission for growth businesses on quiet lanes! Crazy un realistic council, absolute joke, lived in the RV all my life and have NO respect!

Accepted there has to be a better parking plan though but RVBC should be doing all it can to assist,

The infrastructure of Clitheroe needs to be improved to support this. I have bought a new build; I'm not a NIMBY, but once existing building is finished and occupied, I feel traffic will be unsustainable in the Woone lane and Edisford areas

Would be a great asset, Clitheroe should grasp the opportunity.

Can't imagine why anyone would object to this development of this old building. It would be a wonderful asset to the town.

Just think of the extra rates it will generate.

Exciting opportunity for my town, I will mostly be looking forward to the beer hall as I love a pint of Hen Harrier. Plus there is no point this building being left unloved for any long. James Warburton has brought back to life many locations and it would be great to see this building get the love it diserves.

Fantastic idea, brilliant redevelopment of a redundant mill. Massive injection of employment for the area hope local resources are utilised. Considering other planning decisions on housing, how can this be objected against

A new and exciting opportunity for Clitheroe and its residents. It would be outrageous to overlook this.

Regeneration of a dis-used space, enabling sustainable and long term employment. A definite plus for the area.

I think it's a great idea. It will create more jobs and also more opportunities for people like myself. I hope they go ahead with it because it could really help out our community
