If project actually does get built as shown, it should start the revitalization process needed between Swinton Ave and I-95. I support this project for that reason.

The project is great for Delray Beach as it promotes new business with the office and retail, brings new residents to the city that add to the tax base and complements the historic Sundy House to support its successful existence for years to come. Please approve this well thought out development that restores and protects the past while incorporating, while preserving, history into the future!

I applaud the time, energy and investment being made in finally taking steps to resurrect the West side of Swinton. Its long in coming and will help promote downtown while stimulating the West region, providing more parking with green area. Let's improve values, reduce crime and provide services and opportunities for employment.This is a win-win for the residents and the businesses downtown. Please support this mission !!!!

I've long expected this project to come to fruition. The exciting state of Delray today is largely a result of a successful historic preservation project and subsequent redevelopment and private investment. These structures and the continuity they provide are essential to preserve.
