I am beyond thrilled that the 8 historic homes/buildings are remaining and those that need renovation will get it. I was heartbroken when I thought they were all being destroyed. Delray is beautiful but even still, too much has been lost that I feel didn't need to be so to save these (especially the Cathcart House) and incorporate them into this new renovation is absolutely the right thing to do. I'm all about making things nicer but also keeping the history as well.

This looks like an outstanding projects. I love that it combines historic elements and pedestrian walkways with seating and water elements. Beautifully done with the correct scale and height for that corner. Underground parking to eliminate that look and the large plaza at the corner. YOU DID IT!!
