Please do not allow any more sober homes in our area. Please clean up landscaping on the train track area between sw. 10th and Swinton in is so run down.

Start with the revitalization and beautification of Swinton to 1-95, then South Swinton. This revitalization began before the housing bust in the mid-2000's. Get this back up and running. I fully support any revitalization OFF the AVE. Delray Beach is more than The Ave. Listen to your taxpayers.

This is a great addition to our Village. The Sunday House is a great part of our History, and the surrounding land around it can be developed into something that is commensurate with what is existing. The jobs, the tax revenue to the City, the beautification of area will only add to our quest to improve the West side of Atlantic.
