My kids have made so many friends at May Whitney and splitting us up now would be heartbreaking. Please keep our neighborhood together.

Our kids have dealt with 2 years of construction in a hot, cramped, hopelessly outdated, arguably unsafe building. The light at the end of the tunnel has always been the promise of the great new school building they'd be in next year. Now the thought that they will be yanked away from the friends they've made, and never get to enjoy the new school we were promised is an absolute outrage. Incoming families with new students should be assigned to more equitably distribute our population, but families should not be forced to move to new schools.

Please do not split this subdivision up. One reason it would be good to keep them together is that they will eventually go to MSS together and if you split them up it makes a smaller group from May Whitney going in, which makes it harder for those to transition in without seeing many familiar faces. Please keep them together.

Hunters Creek and Chestnut Corners are so closely linked and families really work together and help each other with carpooling. It is my hope the two neighborhoods can stay together at May Whitney.
