In September 2024, Hurricane Helene brought widespread flooding to our area, affecting many residents of the Tampa Bay Area. The resulting flood waters caused extensive damage to their well-maintained vehicle, leading to a valuation of only $5,000 by their insurance provider. However, we believe this assessed value does not accurately reflect the car’s true condition, care, and market value.
We respectfully support Rachel's request for a reassessment and an equitable valuation that better represents the vehicle's reliable history and its importance in their life, especially in light of the hardship caused by the recent hurricane.

I can personally attest to the pristine condition of Rachel’s Honda. Rachel maintained the proper upkeep of her Honda and made regular scheduled visits to ensure the car and its engine was taken care of.
