Support for Melanie Lemon

Upon first catching wind of this, "it's utter nonsense." Now upon reading and seeing everything, I believe just that, it's COMPLETE nonsense. Any school district would be lucky to have Mrs. Lemon as a teacher. She is compassionate, has a genuine heart for her students, and loves each of them as her own. I know this from experience. Mrs. Lemon was my 6th grade teacher, and she gifted me with one of my most memorable grade school years to date. Even to this day, over 15 years later, my best friend and I from then still talk about the memories we made being in Mrs. Lemon's class. My youngest sister also had the privilege of being in Mrs. Lemon's class. We both share the commonality of having a sweet genuine teacher. I hope and pray this fodder will soon disappear because it is detrimental. I say this because schools NEED teachers like Mrs. Lemon to teach this upcoming generation kindness, respect, compassion, and leadership. If not, our society is at a loss. I stand with Melanie Lemon. I know in the valley God is with us and on the mountain there He will be too. Love you, Mrs. Lemon!

I was blessed to be able to fill in for Melanie as a third grade teacher when she had Campbell many years ago. I went on to be a part of the third grade team at Erma Siegel for a few years. She was an amazing role model for me in my first teaching years and became a dear friend. I am shocked, angered, heartbroken, and confused! I am confident that good will prevail in this situation. I love you sweet Melanie and will pray continuously for justice. Hold on to God's promises during this testing. He will fight for you!

She was my 3rd grade teacher and absolutely the kindest, most compassionate person. I've never met anyone like her.

I have known Melanie since I was 15 years old. If I was going to make a list of people who I would trust unconditionally with my children, Melanie would be at the top of the list. She is goodness and kindness personified.

I have known Mrs Lemon for most of my life. I couldn't think of anyone more kind, loving and Christian as her. I stand by her and support her 100%

Wish other good teachers and counselors that have been bullied out of the WCS system had the army behind them like Melanie does! This is not unique. Bully=Intimidation=Silence.

Melanie is one of the very best teachers my children were ever blessed to have. She is a very welcoming and loving person who makes everyone feel special. My daughter loved her and felt very comfortable in her class. It is sad to know that she and her family are having to walk through these hard days. I am sure that in time she will be cleared of this accusation. She is a wonderful person.

I am a second cousin to Melanie. I watched her grow up them marry and start her own family. She is a caring and compassionate young woman! She cares deeply for her students and the educational experience she provides! An awesome role model!
