Support for Melanie Lemon

I have known Melanie for many years, and she is a blessing to those around her. She has served as a volunteer at our Church and has been wonderful with our children and their families. She has my full support!

I have known Melanie for over 10 years working with her on various children's ministry activities through our church. She is the salt of the earth, and I trust her explicitly with my children!

She is an amazing person & teacher!

I have been a church member and personal friend of Melanie's for close to 15 years now. I will vouch for her outstanding character and love for children.

Melanie was Caleb's 2nd grade teacher. Caleb has been to their home for birthday parties. Never was there any sign of any abuse whatsoever. Caleb still says to this day that his Favorite teacher is Mrs. Lemon! We love you, Melanie!

Melanie is a wonderful person. A great mom, an amazing teacher, the kind of person who makes everyone feel special, the kind of friend who you can catch up with in an aisle of Target or at a volunteer event. Melanie has a way of making everyone she comes in contact with feel lifted up in some capacity. This situation and the way it was handled is such a dissapointment. Such a loss Williamson schools.

What has happened to the education system? I am ashamed of the Williamson County Board of Education.

Mrs. Lemon was my 4th grade teacher and now five years later I still remember how kind, caring, and compassionate she was towards us students. She genuinely loved to be with us and was "all in." She cared for us, and I always looked forward to going to her class. To hear the treatment that Mrs. Lemon has gotten these past few weeks left me shocked and broken-hearted. If there's someone who doesn't deserve this, it's her. Sweet sweet woman. Walnut Grove has made a big mistake letting someone so kind go.

Melanie Lemon taught our oldest daughter when she was in 6th grade. She was a wonderful, loving teacher who taught with the utmost integrity.
