More affordable housing for year-round families makes obvious sense, as does the location in the village of other residences - within walking distance of shops, school, library, harbor.

We need to encourage efforts to build housing and promote a year round community.

Affordable housing is a necessity. If you want a workforce and the community to survive, you need housing they can afford.

We need more year-round families, more kids in the schools and skating on the ponds.
