It would be wonderful if the diocese could respect the opinions of the student and parents of St Joseph’s. We want KCA to remain looking after our children. We want you to reverse the decision you have unilaterally made to remove KCA from our school

Good luck, we are facing the same fate with our public school. Ceasing existing operators to bring in new ones without the consultation with parents has to stop. Noone knows the benefit of these current services like the parents that use them so why are they not being consulted in these decisions?

Save the KCA OOSH. You won’t find a better team and the students love it!

So surprised to hear this very disturbing news that a decision has been made to replace the current OSCH team with a Catholic group with NO consultation with parents. We do not want change, they are thriving under the guidance of the OSCH team! The children love this group of dedicated and caring team who do an incredible job and we are all ask the school to reverse their decision. When we come to collect our grand daughter, she doesn’t want to leave as she is having so much fun - the vibe in the centre is beautiful. Grandparents Ray and Deb Campbell

The change in OOSH services has been done without consultation to parents. It has the potential to adversely impact care for our children. This appears to be a purely money oriented decision

Please keep the current business there. They do an excellent job in providing care for the children. 3 weeks notice is unfair dismissal.

I don’t personally use this service BUT seeing how the bishop has had very little regard to the impact on children and families is disgusting.

The KCA service has been exemplary and forms an important part of my son's school life. I do not agree with the process in which their contract has been ended, and I'm concerned at the lack of consultation with affected families - and the fact that an excellent team of childcare professionals are now out of jobs just before Christmas

My grandson absolutely loves going to KCA - this makes life so much easier for all, particularly his hardworking single mum. I personally love the girls, and have always been treated with warmth and respect.

The service provided by Renee, Felicity and the KCA team at St Joey’s has been outstanding. We have a little man with special needs and have felt totally confident placing his care in the hands of the KCA girls. Their communication with families is exemplary and their care and interest in each child very obvious. We would very much like them to remain at St Joseph’s, Merewether.
