As a bicyclist and resident of the village of Ballston Spa, as well as a former resident of the Geyser Road area, I fully support the construction of this bike trail.

The trail will be a vast improvement over walking/riding on the shoulder of Geyser Road.

I support this and other beneficial connectivity / walkability / bicycle trails. Such trails/sidewalks/paths also add value to the cost of a home. It is unfortunate that some who oppose such projects because of small losses of property, trees, etc. don't understand the concept of right-of-ways, easements, etc. when they purchase a home, and/or don't feel a need to contribute to the community in this manner.

I am in favor of more walking and biking trails connecting our communities. So much money is spent on roads. We need to give resources to other modes of transportation.

We all need a safe way to get outdoors to ride, walk and run in our neighborhoods and parks. Some will have to sacrifice for the greater good, we should all be OK with that.

A safe route for pedestrians and cyclist is desperately needed for Geyser road.

Despite a few concerns, this trail will improve safety for non-vehicle users along Geyser Road. Pedestrians crossing the road now know the risks from vehicle traffic. An increased presence of pedestrians and cyclists will raise awareness to vehicle traffic that there are other users on the road.
This trail will be a great benefit to those of us who have lived in the southwest neighborhood and seen little infrastructure improvements has the number of houses has grown. This will be a great asset and will make the area more attractive for new families.

I'd like a safer way to get to the park. Adams Rd and Grand Ave are both scary to ride on.
Sooner rather than later!
