I recently read an article in the Albany Times Union about opposition to the Geyser Trail Project (Times Union Link). The two-mile long Geyser Trail would create a continuous, non-motorized connection linking the town of Milton/Saratoga Springs city line with the Saratoga Spa State Park. (http://sswna.org/multi-use-path/)
This trail will allow safe walking and bicycling to the State Park. This has been needed for many years. Please help show your support and sign the petition.

This trail provides a safe and much needed connection from the Milton Town line to the Geyser Rd. Elementary School, the Geyser Rd. Park, the Grande Industrial Park and the Spa Park and beyond for those of us that live off of Geyser Rd. It has been over 15 years in the making and it's time to get it done!
This is essential! I used to run geyser and bike geyser. Law enforcement themselves will tell you there are people who are intolerant to those who run/bike on geyser. This could save lives, NOT put them in danger. I know it's difficult to accept and especially if the trail goes into your property, but it's necessary! Thank you so much
We have waited too many years for this path to be constructed. I only wish my children could have had the advantage of a safe path to school and the park.
This connects a big part of the city to SPAC, the State Park, the Y, and downtown. By encouraging walking and bicycling only good outcomes result: less traffic, lower emissions from cars, less combustion of carbon fuels, and perhaps most important in Saratoga, less need for property to be devoted to parking.
This path is needed and should be built as proposed, it is ludicrous that 950 homes have no connection to the playground and park, walking on the shoulders of Geyser Road which is done daily by residents is a invitation for disaster
This trail is very important to the residents on the south side of town. It will make walking and biking Geyser Rd. a much safer place. It will also help the people walking to SPAC for concerts who are presently walking on the side of the road while cars and trucks pass by them. This trail will provide a afe route to school as well as a safe route to downtown Saratoga.
I support the construction of the Geyser Road Trail.

This trail will provide a safe pathway from Milton to the State Park for Geyser Crest. So many bikers and walkers are on the side of the road now and it's not safe. Also, this will provide a sense of community and link us to Saratoga Springs downtown and the State Park.
