Eva is an integral part/instrument to the IEGI Division at Bellevue College. Without her, the international student community wouldn’t have flourish as much. She creates a welcoming safe space for everyone and goes above and beyond for these students. Keep her position!

Eva has played a huge part of our campus, especially with the international students. She hold events that helps create diversity, meet new people and create a friendly environment. Events like game days, cultural lunches and intentional nights helps us know about other countries, connect more with people who we've never met. Because of Eva, my first year in Bellevue College has thrived. Eva is essential at our school and we need her!

She id extremely passionate about whatvshe does and she truly cares about students from the bottom of her heart. The disappearance of her position is a threat to the International office, student life as well as student jobs here at Bellevue College

Eva brings so much warmth, joy, energy, and love to all students. She provides support to students and cares about the work that she’s doing. I’ve seen her work hard, and the difference that she has made in students’ lives. She plays a vital role in international students’ lives, which is about 1/3 of the student population at the college. Because of the support, compassion, and kindness that she has given me and to my fellow peers/colleagues, I was able to build long-lasting connections with so many unique individuals. I’ve never met any other staff like her. She’s a rare gem and it brightens my mood every time I see her.
I graduated from BC in 2019, but she still makes me feel at home every time I visit her. It would be a true loss to the program and the community if she cannot continue in her role.

Eva is one of the most supportive, friendly, and responsible staff I’ve met at BC. I can’t imagine what my BC experience would be without her. Her work has helped international students so much and BC will absolutely need her as there are more in-person events and more international students coming to BC.
