Mr.Coles has been taken to court twice at Exeter County Court in front of the same Judge Tyzack and offered no legal representation on either occasion. On the 19th of March at 9.30 am he has been invited back to the same court and the same judge to extend the injunction banning him from going near the care home we're his wife is very frail
