The best teacher and mentor I ever had!

I had Tyler as a student during my years of teaching at Lakeville high school. He was an outstanding young man then and I know that he is now as well. His contributions to Lakeville schools as teacher and as coach should not be minimized. We all make mistakes. Those mistakes help us grow into better people. I believe that Tyler should have a second chance. I suspect that he would be an even better coach and teacher after this experience .

I have known Tyler Krebs for 23 years as a fellow teacher. He taught me so much about how to treat people and live a life of integrity. I am who I am today because of his mentor ship! Tyler Krebs has made a positive impact on 1000’s of students and athletes as well. Every student he encounters admires him and talks so highly of his impact. I have never heard a negative comment about Krebs from a student or parent. Dr. Krebs has helped many kids through mistakes in their lives and given them a second chance. I humbly ask you to give Tyler Krebs a second chance. I promise you, he is worth it!

I know Tyler to be a fine man who cares deeply for the kids he works ,with both in the classroom and on the football field. I hope we do not punish him for an error in judgement! We have all made errors and all deserve a 2nd chance

I have the utmost respect for Tyler and all that he has done as a teacher and a coach.

I’ve had the privilege to coach with Coach Krebs in the past and would be honored to coach with him in the future. He has taught me and so many others how to be a better coach, player and person. God gave Tyler a gift to teach and coach, don’t take that away from him! He is one of the hardest working and smartest people that I know. We all make mistakes and I know this situation will only make Tyler a better person, no matter what happens.

In my interactions with Tyler Krebs, I have witnessed his passion & strength. He is the epitome of class and character. As a coach he has always lived by the #BuildingChampions motto. As a teacher, a calm, steady guiding force always pushing for greatness from his students. Coach and Teacher Tyler Krebs deserves to be back on the field and back in his classroom continuing the mission he has taken upon himself - pushing the young men and women of LSHS to take pride in themselves and the effort they put forward. It would be devastating to our district to lose a leader with the qualities T. Krebs has - it would deprive our students and athletes of a rare soul who is consistently advocating for each to continue to be Champions on and off the field, and in everything they do in life. #BuildingChampions #S4L

All actions will and should have consequence but let it be appropriate to the situation and to the individual. Tyler has shown himself to be a remarkable teacher and coach who has had a positive impact for so many. Don’t let that be lost to the community.
