Matt and Kaity are excellent people and their desires for 38 tremont are entirely community focused. This is a project that will be successful and beneficial for everyone it impacts and we should consider ourselves lucky that they are undertaking it. Can’t wait to have a beer there and reminisce about softball!

I'm a westside resident (14213) who lives just a few blocks from this site, and I support this project even though I'm not a beer drinker. Transforming this from the current blight that it is into a space boasting natural plant life instead of pavement is a win for everyone.

I have known the owners for years and they are incredible, community-minded people. I fully support their business endeavor. I am excited to have a local brewery that lives in our neighborhood!

I live at 429 Bird and I support this project. I believe the city of Buffalo should embrace this kind of development. It will take a now mostly vacant lot and turn it into a neighborhood gathering place. With respect to garbage and noise I believe we live in the city of good neighbors and I’m sure this new establishment will manage those conditions.
