This is wrong; racist comments have no place in college.

I see you. I hear you. I support you.

I will always stand on the side of equality and justice for the oppressed races.

This sort of behavior must be eradicated. I stand in solidarity with students and faculty of color at Lewis & Clark.

This is unconscionable. I am deeply upset that this is happening on our campus and beyond distressed by my helplessness as a teacher and staff member in preventing it.

Sending my love out to every student who has ever felt oppressed, marginalized, bullied, or humiliated.

This type of hate speech has no place in our community and will not be tolerated. I support Black students at Lewis & Clark College - all students should feel safe, accepted and a valued part of the LC community.

At the same time, as we gain understanding of those processes, we must reinterpret that history to the people of the world. It is the people of the West, ultimately, who are the most oppressed and exploited. They are burdened by the weight of centuries of racism, sexism, and ignorance which has rendered their people insensitive to the true nature of their lives."

BA '94, JD '96. I support the black students at L&C, and the faculty, staff, and administration who are working to ensure that the campus is a safe and welcoming place for all. Threats have no place at Lewis & Clark.

I'm disgusted and deeply saddened that some cowardly bully has chosen to write something so vile. I stand in peace and love of all living beings and strive daily to find commonality rather than difference.

I lend my solidarity with the black students of Lewis & Clark. This is NOT an isolated, "surprising/shocking/one-time" incident, but a very pointed threat that fits with the broader struggle that we as a nation are having. Lewis & Clark must #walkthetalk and take action.

I am an alumna and hate that this is happening. You have my full support.

For everyone born, a place at the table! Embrace diversity!

I'm sickened by the posts and angry that our students have been threatened.
