As I shared with the Insignia Board, our family considers Art to be a true treasure within the Insignia community. We sincerely hope he will continue to be part of it.
And to Art—thank you for the joy, enthusiasm, and kindness you’ve brought to all of us. You’ve made our lives happier, and we’re deeply grateful.

I loved seeing Art on Sundays when he worked in the North tower. Art dressed so professionally and always greeted me with smile and kind words. He volunteered at the social events, taking pictures and even performs. I cannot imagine our building without him as the face of our concierge team. On the other hand, the CWD manager has not been friendly to the residents. I’ve felt like we owe them instead of they work for us. Without knowing the details but knowing both parties, I would like to request at least give Art another chance to be part of Insignia’s community and request the board to look for another management company.

Art is amazing, caring, and what exemplifies being a dependable, honest, open, and resident-first concierge.
Whatever the situation, it could have been handled differently. That much was due to him for his body of work, caring, and professionalism.
Bring back Art.

Arthur has been nothing but an amazing concierge, I’ve seen a lot of new concierge down there and I feel a lot better when he is there. When I come home and he is working, I feel at home. He knows his residents and we know him. It is wrong to fire him

It will be helpful for the Board to know the criteria when a dismissal is appropriate versus a lesser corrective action. This is helpful information, whether or not it pertains to Art’s situation.

I am deeply concerned about the termination of Art, which appears to have been carried out without proper due process. He has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication to the community. I respectfully urge property management to conduct a fair review and reinstate him promptly, as this decision undermines both trust and accountability.

I fully support a reconsideration of this abrupt decision. The residents clearly do not have confidence that Joy handled this situation appropriately and the consequences for Art and the community are very serious. I am deeply concerned about this management.
