Art might as well be the face of insignia. He’s Insignia’s Mr. Rodgers and perhaps one of the kindest souls ive ever come accross. He was decked out in “insignia yellow” on Sunday for the anniversary party. He’s a true representation of the community here with the way he loves the dogs, welcomes the residents, and prepares the community bulletins. I hope this can be reversed as our community will not be the same without him.

Shameful action on HR. The residents deserve a proper explanation.

As a resident of 2203S, I want to express my deep appreciation for Arthur’s contributions during my 5+ years at Insignia. His service and professionalism have consistently elevated the living experience for myself and many others. If there is any possibility of reversing the decision regarding Arthur’s event, it would be a fortunate outcome for our community.

When we moved to Insignia, all the staff were very nice and helpful, but one staff member stood out for his knowledge of Insignia and the neighborhood, warmth, welcoming ways, helpfulness and kindness, and that is Arthur Anderson. His dismissal is a huge loss for Insignia and all the residents. The handling by management of a sudden departure of a long time, outstanding employee, who adds so much value to residents is incredibly disappointing.

This was handled poorly at a minimum. Arthur needs at least to be recognized and Joy’s appropriateness for her role re-evaluated. The complaints about her management are legion.

Art has always been the embodiment of graciousness and helpfulness. I cannot imagine what could have led to his termination, but it certainly wasn't lack of service to this community, as his has been exemplary.

I fully support this petition. Art's firing has ripped the heart and soul out of our building. It is an injustice and should not be tolerated. The management of insignia should look very closely at who is responsible and action accordingly.

Completely disagree with the firing of Art who was one of our best concierge employees we ever had.

Art was the epitome of the art of hospitality. He didn’t deserve to be treated so callously, especially after a decade of unwavering service to our community.
