This behavior of a city council representative is ridiculous and needs to stop. If there is misconduct with the fire chief it should be brought forth by his peers not one miss guided individual.

I am so embarrassed for our city that this is even happening. The behavior of an elected official like this is unacceptable. There is a huge and clear conflict of interest here and also likely a violation of the city charter. Our Council Member is putting not only the reputation of our city on the line but essentially the safety of our residents as well by continually undermining and bullying our fire chief who is a dedicated public servant committed to our city and residents. What an embarrassment and gross misuse of power.

Proud daughter of a firefighter helped lay to rest by this wonderful man, and sister to a firefighter who feels the same.

This is one of the most respected chiefs in the fire service. One council member with a history of causing unnecessary chaos should not be allowed to create this situation.
