Need to keep a nuclear option moving. Vogtle a LWR but of advanced design is an interim step.

I support the loan guarantee for Vogtle provided the strings attached to the loan by the Federal Government are not to out rageous or to controlling. Money is cheap to borrow in today's market without a lot of restrictions.
